1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Calyntor services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Calyntor provides a range of legal solutions tailored to the needs of startups and small enterprises. Our core offerings include advisory sessions, document drafting, compliance review, and representation.

All services are delivered by qualified professionals. Fees and scope of work are detailed in individual engagement letters.

3. Information Products

Calyntor may offer digital resources such as e-books, templates, and recorded workshops. These products are made available for immediate download upon purchase. Access details will be provided via email.

4. Merchandise

We may offer branded items such as notebooks, stationery, or other physical goods. Merchandise details, pricing, and availability are listed on our site.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for service engagements within seven calendar days of initial payment, provided that no significant work has begun. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

If a service has commenced, refunds are not available. However, clients may request to reschedule sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical goods may be sent back for a refund or platform within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to inspection. Please contact support for instructions. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.

6. Scheduling and Changes

To reschedule a service, contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Requests received later may incur additional fees.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in United Arab Emirates dirham. Payment is due upon booking or prior to access for digital products. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Calyntor’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International business Centre, United Arab Emirates.
